Closing Statement
I would like to thank-you for viewing my Blog. I have committed myself to this Media Course for 2 years and I have learnt so much My skills and knowledge has advanced in many ways and these skills will be the foundation for university .Moreover my knowledge regarding different technologies have improved in comparison to last year . Digipak Drafts
As a group we produced our own Digipak drafts and we incorporated different ideas . The fist Digipak idea is mine and the bottom two are designed by members of my group .
My Digipak Idea
There were many aspects of the digipak that the group liked .For example my Digipak included a DVD section. This breaks the genre conventions because most artist igiak just includes CD .Therefore this can attract our target audience. Moreover the use of colour was important within the Digipak design, as it has to look aesthetically pleasing. On one of my panels there was quote with reference from one of the songs. This has an impact on the audience as it makes them feel close towards the artist . When designing my Digipak draft I thought it it was important to try and repeat the artist logo several times within the Digipak, so the fan would become familiar with the image . The last panel contains songs on the album and I designed the Digipak with a barcode , this creates an element of realism .
